THE BRIEFS:

1) Thursday, April 16, 7-10pm - SWOON's Swimming Cities of Serenissima, TheDirtyFabulous, and Elisabeth Timpone reception @ AHA

2) Friday, April 17 - The Brooklyn Bailout - AHA joins TheDanger, 3rd Ward, MeanRed

3) Friday, May 15, 7-10pm - CrashOne & Daze, Ewelina Ferusso, and Laura Lee opening @ AHA

4) June 5,6, & 7th - AHA brings good vibes back to downtown Brooklyn by lining up dozens of artists in an ambitious project to help heal the economic struggles of this area through the use of visual and aural inspiration. Block party and activities slated for the weekend of June 5,6, & 7th, 2009. This is the type of event that gets the energies flowing. More details to come.


IN STUDIO LAND:

1) Wednesday, April 15th, Southpaw, Brooklyn - We celebrate making art with the amazing musical maestros, the Jacob Fred Jazz Odyssey. 2) Fall tour, August through October - This fall, Alison, Garrison, and crew have projects and major installations taking them from the Adriatic Sea/Montenegro in September to the plains of Oklahoma in October, with other treats along the way, before, and after.
