Twilight: New Moon [Original Motion Picture Soundtrack]

The New Moon Soundtrack is out now, and well worth picking up.

It tickles me pink that 12 year old paris hilton clones are going
to be flicking their nubs to this music. Kudos to the twilight people
for going relatively indie on this soundtrack. Our young generation
desperately needs a jolt.

The Temper Trap live on Jimmy Kimmel

Watched the Temper Trap last night on Jimmy Kimmel. Does the singer remind anyone
of the guy from Fine Young Cannibals?

The Beatles Remasters

They are here, they are queer, and I am definitely trying to
get used to them. Ok, I'm in love with them. Kind of.

The real new Bealtes Remasters listening experience for me is listening to the new
mono version of the White Album. There are vocals that were not audible
before. You here new rhythm instruments that were buried deep in the stereo versions.
Really, this is what you were hoping for when they announced the Bealtes
remasters. I am still listening to everything, and hopefully will find
more exciting moments as I continue.

Mojo Magazine just released a cd full of Beatles covers worth checking out.
Here are two tracks from that cd.

Jaydiohead - Out now on Vinyl

Just got back from the record store, and picked up Jaydiohead's very good mash up of
Radiohead and Jay Z. It's been out a while now, and if you haven't already pick up
this album on vinyl.

Where the Wild Things Are

...don't you just want to give him a big hug?

The movie comes out this Friday, and the soundtrack is definitely worth picking up on LP.

New England Patriots and Denver Broncos go Retro

Last night two of the NFL top teams went retro. The reaction was fierce and immediate, and mostly negative. I would like to throw my 2 cents onto the field.
I loved the jerseys. The Patriots old jersey reminded me of my youth,
and looked good on the current team. The Broncos brown high school look
was great imo, even though Yahoo.com called it an abomination.

Babies in the Hood

If you have children...
You have to check out Babies in the hood.

"Ok, so what's up with Babies In The Hood? Well, we think that hoods are the thing. Since hoods are part of the garment they can't get lost or left behind (unless your little one loves to be the nude-nic of the nation and can strip off their clothes then run around naked, in which case covering their head will probably be the least of your concerns). Hoods are also handy for a quick cover-up because they are right there plus great ear protection. Ever been out longer than you planned then it gets either too hot or too cold and you were not prepared? That's why we bring you fun, fashionable, affordable quality clothes with hoods and other items that were too cool to pass up! "

Play me 3 songs to fall in love with you...

She stops, put her hand up to your ear, and whispers...

...play me 3 songs to fall in love with you.

What would you play?

Here are mine.

Glenn Beck, you are a fake, and we reject you.

Glenn Beck - shock showman.

Kudos to all the Christian, Mormon, and sensible people who reject this clown.

As a wise man once said, this guy is a "shock showman". He is not a good representative
or Christ, or Mormonism, or the good republican people out there.

Do you agree with this statement?

"Beck, best known for setting up Clear Channel's pro-war Rallies for America shortly before the Iraq War, once described how much he loathed anti-war presidential candidate Dennis Kucinich (WABC-AM, 3/16/03) "Every night I get down on my knees and pray that Dennis Kucinich will burst into flames."

Is that Christlike? To be PRO-war, and wish death to others?

Reject this guy now!
