The Swimmers new album was released last month. It's taken us a while
to actually sit down and let it soak in. If you remember we were the first blog
to post a track from the Swimmers demos which turned into Fighting Trees. We have
always taken a special interest in the band since seeing their first ever
public performance in Philly.

With People are Soft the band has given us another solid disc from beginning
to end. Part Shin-y, some Spoon, even a little Zombies can be heard in their
music. Let's post our favorite track from the album, the moody Save Me.

Kenan Thompson is not funny

SNL has been going downhill for years.

One cast member that really stands out as a downgrade is Kenan Thompson.
This guy belongs on the WB after midnight. He is just not funny, not
talented, and is a slap in the face to the other standout black comedians on SNL.
He can't hold a candle to Eddie Murphy, Tim Meadows, or Chris Rock.
Those guys were special.

Kenan your stupid skits, your giggling at your own unfunny jokes,
and your fat face disgust me.
